Payment, Shipping, and Returns

prior to making your purchase
Payments - Resale-Riches currently accepts credit card payments through PayPal, Google Checkout, and Amazon Payments. If you'd like to pay by check or money order, please contact me prior to placing your order.
Shipping - Upon payment and completion of your purchase, your item(s) will be prepared for shipment immediately. Domestic packages are mailed daily via USPS Priority Mail. I strongly recommend purchasing insurance to avoid loss or damage. International packages will only be mailed via USPS International Priority Mail, or USPS International Express Mail services, which provide delivery confirmation capability.
Returns - Each item is described as accurately as possible. Please read the description carefully, review all close-up photos, and ask any questions prior to placing your order. With that said, if upon receipt of your package you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please review the terms specified in the adjacent right-hand column.
Please keep in mind, that unlike a retail or department store, Resale-Riches only tends to have one of each item, and therefore I ask my customers to follow the return policy accordingly.
1. The item(s) you are returning must be mailed back within a 3-day period. The 3-day period begins on the delivery date according to www.usps.com tracking number (i.e., if according to usps your package was delivered on 1/2/08, the item you are returning is expected to be postmarked 1/5/08). PLEASE DO NOT ASK AS EXCEPTIONS WILL NOT BE MADE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES IN REGARD TO THE 3-DAY TIME LIMIT.
2. All items MUST be returned in the exact condition as they were originally sent to you.
3. Since there is ONLY ONE of each item, which may result in a loss of a sale during the return process, a 10% return fee will apply to ALL PayPal/Google/Amazon refunds. However, if you would prefer a store credit in lieu of a monetary refund, the 10% return fee will not be subtracted, and you will receive a credit for the full purchase amount, excluding the shipping cost.
4. Shipping charges are not refundable, unless, the item was grossly misrepresented or the wrong item was shipped to you.
